All shipments are F.O.B. Nashville.
All orders subject to credit approval.
We do not give cash discounts.
All prices are suggested list prices only; booksellers are permitted to set their own prices.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
CLAIMS
All claims for shortages and/or damaged items, as well as claims for non-receipt, including requests for Proof of Delivery, must be made to Cumberland House within 60 days, or they will not be honored.
RETURNS/CREDIT POLICY
Publisher permits returns of overstock under the following conditions:
- Period of eligibility for return: not before 90 days or after 12 months from invoice date.
- All books must be received in perfect condition. Damaged, price-marked, and/or shelf-worn books may not be returned.
- Full credit with invoice number, dates, titles, and quantities. Otherwise, all credits will be issued at a 50% discount. No prior permission is necessary.
- Bookseller must pay transportation charges on return shipments unless there is a publisher ’s error in fulfilling order.
- Credits must be offset by orders. No cash refunds of credits are made.
